Turn any occasion into a memorable celebration with our custom, occasion-ready labels! The Pretty Little Mess was established in 2020, and has over 150,000 gift-giving legends! From design to production to shipping, our team is dedicated to providing the best experience possible, to have you become a gift-giving legend yourself! We are always available to answer questions you may have about the ordering process or help you select the best label and size for your upcoming event.

Bottles come in lots of different shapes and sizes, so selecting the right label can be difficult, but for the most part, our labels will fit almost all standard wine, champagne, and liquor bottles of all types and brands. We recommend visiting our label guide to help with your selection. If you are still having trouble deciding please feel free to reach out and we would be happy to help you!

Our current turnaround time is 1-2 business days. Although production times may vary depending on our current workload/holidays, or if you have requested a proof before printing, your order will not ship until the proof has been approved. 

To prevent any delays with your order, be sure to include all information that is requested, as missing information or questions can delay shipping.

Orders are processed & shipped Monday – Friday. (Typically, Sunday – Thursday orders will ship the next day, Friday – Saturday orders will ship Monday – Please note we will not ship on all USPS holidays)

Shipping times listed are estimated by USPS according to our shop policy of orders shipping in 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. Please remember when ordering, shipping times are just that, estimated and not guaranteed.

Please know that your package could encounter unexpected shipping delays out of our control due to USPS volume, weather, or other factors.

Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred shipping method at checkout and we are not responsible for late packages unless Priority shipping is purchased at checkout.

Estimated Shipping once the package has shipped:

  • First Class Ground Advantage: 3-6 Business Days
  • Priority: 2-3 Business Days
  • Priority Express: 1-2 Business Days

Of course! We are happy to offer USPS priority shipping options that can be selected before checkout.

We offer USPS Priority Shipping (2-3 Business Days) and USPS Priority Express (1-2 Business Days).

Need something ASAP? We are also happy to provide digital files within 24hrs. if that is something that would better fit your needs, please reach out to us for the next steps.

We are happy to offer proofs to our customers, but only upon request and only for designs that include personalization. For any non-custom orders, the label will come exactly as shown in the listing photo so no proof should be needed.

Please note the proofing process can delay production and adjust shipping times from what was originally noted at checkout.

If for any reason your package arrived damaged and has affected the actual labels so that they are no longer usable, we would be happy to reship new labels for you complimentary (we will do our best to work with you on a replacement in time before your event/date needed).

Removing the existing label is not required, but we recommend removing the existing label for the best application. Different colors and textures of existing bottle labels can affect the way the new label looks and will no longer be repositionable. We provide tips and tricks for application with your order, along with label guides before purchasing. Most of the time wrinkles/bubbling occurs because the label is too large for the bottle type and/or was placed on the curve of the bottle. While our labels are water-resistant and durable, we recommend that you use care during the application process. The Pretty Little Mess is not responsible if your label wrinkles or bubbles during the application process, rips during the removal process, or if the adhesive is compromised once removed from its backing. We would however be willing to work with you on a solution and provide discounted replacements, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

If your order does not reflect the information that you provided in the personalization box, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will reship the corrected labels to your priority mail, and apologize for the inconvenience!

We do understand that mistakes can happen, and although we are not responsible for spelling/date errors provided to us, we are happy to work with you on getting labels reshipped at a discounted rate, if this is the case please reach out and let us know as soon as possible. We copy the information as provided, so please double-check personalization before checkout.

Unfortunately, sometimes these packages do get scanned wrong or misdelivered. Usually, if it was scanned wrong, it does end up showing up over the next few days.
In the meantime, if your package shipped USPS Ground Advantage or Priority, you can reach out directly to USPS for assistance. You will need to provide your tracking number.

If you still do not see the package within 1-2 business days after the delivery notification, please reach out to us directly and we can help provide a replacement as well. Thank you!

Unfortunately, from time to time these packages can encounter unexpected shipping delays out of our control due to USPS volume, weather, or other factors. Once the package is shipped, we don’t have control over these delays and don’t get notified when a package has been delayed, so please forgive me for not reaching out.

If you still have not received your package and it is past the estimated USPS delivery date window given at checkout, please reach out to us and we can work with you on the best solution for your situation, whether that be a replacement or refund.

Yes, we do! When you place an order of 20 labels or more ($6/each) or over $120 total ($60 total wholesale), the cart will automatically update to give you the wholesaler discount of 50% off. For all wholesale orders, every label is packaged individually in a clear cellophane slip, with a cardstock insert that has application tips and tricks.
